Content Birch Hub Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name operating this service. We are registered in the Republic of Korea and based at Office 9, 42 Placeholder-ro, Cheongju.

Established 2019

Content Birch Hub began in 2019 when founder Yoon Ji-hye noticed neighbors in Cheongju struggling to maintain accurate written records of their offline wallet holdings. What started as informal catalog assistance for three local families grew into a dedicated archival practice serving clients across South Korea.

Our work

We focus exclusively on offline wallet stewardship: counting, labeling, cataloging, and quarterly archive cleanup for hardware wallets, paper backups, document wallets, and sealed storage envelopes. We do not sell wallets, manage investments, or provide financial guidance.

The team

Yoon Ji-hye — Lead archivist. Trained in library science at Chungbuk National University. Fifteen years of experience in private records management before founding Content Birch Hub.

Kim Tae-woo — Intake specialist. Handles courier processing, label standardization, and binding of finished catalogs.

Lee Hae-in — Client liaison. Coordinates visit scheduling, pre-visit questionnaires, and follow-up correspondence.

Working approach

We treat every wallet collection as a household archive deserving the same care as institutional records. Our archivists work slowly, document everything in writing, and never discard materials without explicit client approval.
