Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and rescheduling conditions for Content Birch Hub catalog services.
Overview
Content Birch Hub provides hands-on archive and catalog services. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your engagement and the type of service booked.
Deposit refunds
A 30% deposit is required to confirm any scheduled visit or courier intake. If you cancel more than ten business days before the scheduled date, the deposit is fully refundable. Cancellations within ten business days forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot with another client.
Full visit refunds
If we cancel a visit due to staff illness or office closure, you receive a full refund of all fees paid or may reschedule at no additional cost.
If you cancel after an archivist has begun on-site work or opened a courier package, no refund is available for work already performed. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for courier engagements interrupted before catalog binding.
Non-refundable items
- Completed bound catalogs and reconciliation sheets
- Adhesive labels, binding materials, and shipping costs already incurred
- Video-call witness sessions already conducted
- Rush scheduling surcharges when cancellation occurs within five business days of the visit
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least five business days before the visit. Additional reschedules incur a ₩25,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
If our archivist arrives on-site and cannot access declared storage locations, or if a courier shipment arrives without a signed declaration, the visit is treated as a no-show and the deposit is forfeited.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds require you to confirm account details in writing.
Cancellation of recurring quarterly visits
Clients enrolled in quarterly refresh may cancel future visits with thirty days written notice. No refund applies to visits already completed in the current calendar year.
