Client Notes & Visit Reports
Testimonials and extended visit reports from Content Birch Hub clients who received quarterly archive cleanup and wallet catalog refresh.
What clients say
My father left six hardware wallets and a box of paper backups with no index. After the intake assessment, I had a catalog I could hand to my solicitor. The archivist flagged one wallet whose label had peeled off—something I would never have noticed.— Choi Eun-ji, estate settlement, Busan
The quarterly visit in November cleared out three years of expired exchange receipts stuffed inside document wallets. I appreciated that they waited for my approval before shredding anything.— Jung Woo-sik, independent consultant, Seoul
Courier processing worked well for our Jeju office, though the video-call opening felt a bit rushed. The finished catalog itself was excellent—clear tabs, readable handwriting, proper stamps.— Kang Mi-ra, family office, Jeju
We have used Content Birch Hub for two years. The March refresh caught a duplicate entry from a wallet we had already retired. Not glamorous work, but exactly what we needed.— Oh Seung-hwan, small business owner, Cheongju
Extended visit report: Han household, Daejeon
Service: Quarterly Archive Cleanup & Catalog Refresh
Date: 14 March 2025
Wallets processed: 12 (8 hardware, 4 document)
The Han household stored wallets across a home safe and a bedroom drawer. Two hardware wallets had conflicting serial numbers on their exterior labels versus the recovery sheets inside. Our archivist reconciled both against the previous catalog and applied new standardized labels.
Archive cleanup removed forty-seven expired receipts and two voided index cards. The client approved shredding on-site. The updated bound catalog was delivered with a reconciliation sheet showing no net change in wallet count but three corrected index entries.
Client note: “I finally trust the catalog matches what is actually in the safe.”
Extended visit report: Park family office, Seoul
Service: Courier Catalog Processing
Date: 2 August 2025
Wallets processed: 22 (courier intake)
Twenty-two sealed bags arrived via domestic courier. A video-call witness session was conducted before opening. One bag contained a wallet not listed on the declaration form; processing paused until the client confirmed it was a recent addition.
Catalog refresh took four business days. Return courier dispatched on day five. Total discrepancies resolved: four relabeled wallets, one newly indexed entry.
Client note: “The courier option saved us a trip to Cheongju. Next time I will update the declaration form before shipping.”
