Purpose
Before enrolling in quarterly refresh visits, new clients receive an intake assessment that documents every wallet currently in storage, notes environmental risks (humidity, light exposure), and recommends a catalog binding format suited to the collection size.
Deliverables
A draft catalog template, a storage condition report, and a written recommendation for quarterly versus semi-annual refresh frequency.
