Content Birch Hub provides offline wallet archive cleanup, catalog refresh, intake assessments, and courier catalog processing. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in writing before each engagement. Information on this website is descriptive and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by our client liaison.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website—including text, layout, catalog templates, and field procedures—is owned by Content Birch Hub Co., Ltd. Bound catalogs produced for clients remain the client’s property; our internal field templates and procedures remain our intellectual property.

4. User responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate wallet counts, storage locations, and declarations for courier shipments. You are responsible for authorizing disposal of materials during archive cleanup. Misrepresentation of wallet contents may result in termination of the engagement without refund of work already performed.

5. Limitation of liability

Content Birch Hub performs catalog and archival work with professional care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to wallets, data loss arising from hardware failure, or financial consequences of catalog discrepancies discovered after a visit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Content Birch Hub against claims arising from inaccurate information you provide, unauthorized materials included in courier shipments, or disputes with third parties regarding wallet ownership.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated to affected clients in writing.
